Mike SmithStrataMax was founded in 2000 by Mike Smith. Mike brought a diverse background and unique perspective to solving the critical business issues of today. He has held senior management positions in both the public and private sectors and has also founded two successful companies in his career.

This diversity of experience gives Mike unique insights on business and an unmatched ability to address the critical business issues facing his clients. He currently serves as a Director of the Center for Leadership Development and is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at the University of British Columbia.

Mike’s personal success in sales and business development included setting sales records each year of his career. As a senior executive, he lead a sales and business development team on three continents to achieve an astounding 50% annual growth in revenues at a level of profitability and customer satisfaction unmatched in the industry.
